the models are not detailed or precise enough in special parts
as we could not foresee your special needs.

In such a cases, we will custom-adapt the models to your demands
and deliver them to you asap and at no additional cost,
if this adaptation can be achieved by one of our professional
modelers within three 8-hour workdays .

In practice, this may mean that you could have organ parts
modeled for free - if in doubt please contact our support,
who will be as attentive and honest as possible.

We are open to all sorts of discussion about 3d anatomy
