download process:

After a successful purchase you will

a window with download data (download
location, user name and password) -
additionally, a mail containing the same
data is sent to the email address you entered.
In some cases, the emailing process
may take several hours.
Please take note of the data and then
go to the specified url, enter the data
into the server popup requester
(copy and paste rather than type).
After the authentication, simply download
the file(s) of your format preference -
If you purchase a large complete set, you need only mail
us
and we will supply you with a free cd backup copy
if so desired.

Rights, license, and royalties :
Short version
You do NOT have to pay ANY royalties
once you have bought a data set.
Models may not be passed on to third
parties *as 3d files*, but the animations
and pictures or any other "2-D" product
derived from them are yours to be freely used,
commercially or privately - if your license
does not deny you such use (there are
special non-commercial licenses
for educational purposes).
The sets may be equally used
to create physical models by rapid
prototyping, die cast or similar processes.
The A1 licenses are all of them Single User,
two workstation commercial licenses,
while the P1 licenses greatly differ.
3d data sets may NOT be resold, lent
or in any other way passed on or even
made part of a "collection", they do not
turn into "used items" by rendering etc.,
they are licensed to you alone (you can
purchase a license for multiple users
on demand, a small business
or a school license) and they are
not transferable - misuse of
our copyrighted content is a criminal
offense to be prosecuted.
If you want to integrate parts of the
3D models into 3D software of your own,
or a viewing application which you plan
to pass on to a third party, please mail us.
