Rather than buying our software
(Intellectual Property Rights),
you are buying a life-long
licence to use it.

As much as your SingleLicence is a lifetime licence,
so are Company (Multi) and "EDU" licences.

You can use your SingleLicence with
maximally two colleagues in one network -
Three users, fully commercial at
a very econonomical price
though this LICENCE has some limits :
variations see further below.

To put this clear, your licence comes
with FREE lifetime support,
the same is true for Company and EDU-Licences. Now this is a rare guarantee, and we keep it.

Your Licence is a "No Royalties" Licence,
you owe us nothing but the first payment
even if you make big commerce with your
product (this does NOT apply to EDU licences) -
If your company makes money with Education,
please buy a commercial (Single or Multi) Licence.

You can use our 3D data packs
for scientific, construction, visual and multimedia
products, like films and animations or illustratons,
advertising - there is no limit to the copies
you are allowed to sell and your creations
remain your copyright alone. But :
No integration in Apps nor Virtual Printing.

A MultiLicence is meant for larger companies
it allows 4-250 people and workstations
(in a network or not). It also allows you to
include our data in applications you write or
Virtual Prototyping, no limits.
As such, a MultiLicence also expands the use of a SingleLicence.

An EDUMultiLicence is meant for Schools
(not for companies who create school content) and
it is as such a non-commercial licence -
but like a Multilicence in all other respects.
INDIVIDUAL EDUSingleLicences are possible too - we will send you a quote on demand, please mail us.

There are SPECIAL licences for

a) Mass Use (unlimited number of men/machines
or co-users, please mail us): A Mass Licence will typically just cost 2.5 tiimes
of what a normal MultiLicence goes for -

b) Educational Mass Use above 250 as
for State, Nationwide or International Education : One
license for an entire country
will cost about 5 times as much as
a normal Multi licence.

c) EDU-FREE use (with Anatomium/21st Century Ltd.
Marketing Tolerance MT6,) please mail us -
all we require from you for free use is a link
and showing our credentials on productions.

d) FREE use of our free for all sets : non-commercial.
Get a free professional 3d digital, medical anatomy collection
just by helping us doing some nmarketing. Marketing is getting to be very hard for middle class
companies as compared to gadget sellers with a fruit name,
on whose gadgets 2d aanatomy textbooks will mostly
be shown in the future, as in "I have a whole library
on this machine pad" - this being the only real novelty.
Fine - I dont neeed to carry 25 Kilos of paper books,
still is old-fashioned and not worthy of
the technically interesting new hardware
PhonePadSubNoteBookComputers (PPS/NBC) their visualization
- in any case do talk to us about marketing,
which will always be beneficial for all concerned.

What you cannot do : you cannot sell the geometries
and textures, the data itself - you are allowed to
make only one copy (for backup purposes alone
but you can always contact us
> one year free from date of purchase) your software,
upgrade or simply replace lost virtual items -
a Ten Year Guarantee costs just $ 48.

You can sell your licence onwards or lend it
only complete with Original Packaging and/or
Licence Number (registered with us, notifying us
will be required before).
A Licence isssued ny us can never turn into a "used" item
as the virtual content will always stay the same.
If our product is sold as such or even
passed on for free, we must assume
that illegal copies are being sold.
